This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design proofs for uniforms are delivered accurately and punctually — initial concepts and revisions are completed within agreed timelines with minimal rework, allowing account managers to present polished concepts to clubs without the need for follow-up cycles.
• Production-ready sublimation files are produced accurately on the first attempt — ensuring that templates, bleeds, Pantone references, sizing, numbering, and placement are all correct; resulting in zero preventable errors that could hinder or compromise downstream production.
• Marketing creative output supports the social and campaign rhythm — facilitating 3–4 social posts weekly, in addition to campaign and promotional work; assets are provided to the Social Media Coordinator in the correct dimensions, formats, and timelines.
• Brand consistency is upheld across all creative outputs — ensuring that deliverables are premium, sport-focused, and aligned with the company’s brand guidelines across uniforms, social media, and broader marketing materials; the brand asset library is maintained and easily accessible.
• Account managers are relieved from design responsibilities — design capacity and reliability are sufficient so that AMs do not have to handle artwork or rework, allowing them to focus on customer-facing activities.
• 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within sportswear, apparel, or consumer-focused brands.
• Experience in the sports industry is preferred, with a strong background in sportswear/apparel being highly valued.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
• Exceptional attention to detail across artwork specifications — including sizing, numbering, Pantone, bleeds, and logo placement — with errors identified before files are sent out.
• Ability to develop original concepts and suggest design directions rather than solely executing briefs; elevating the standard of work presented to customers.
• Solid understanding of sublimation, vector artwork, 3D mockups, and the artwork requirements of offshore manufacturers.
• Consistently adheres to the company's brand guidelines while producing creative that appears premium and contemporary across uniforms and marketing materials.
• Effectively communicates with account managers, the Social Media Coordinator, and other internal stakeholders, even across different time zones; ensures clarity on revisions and inquiries.
• Takes ownership of the complete creative output — including quality, timing, file integrity, and upkeep of the asset library — without the need for reminders or escalations.
• Open to constructive feedback; quickly learns the company brand, customer demographics, and product offerings; continuously improves the level of creative output over time.
• A portfolio will be requested during the application process.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
• Collaborative and creative work environment.
• Access to company events and team-building activities.
