This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to ensure the effective execution of high-impact initiatives and consumer journeys from kickoff to launch, with particular emphasis on the collaboration between the client's sales and marketing teams.
• Concentrate on the primary business KPIs for clients by developing and implementing cross-channel programs that align with key moments of need within the customer journey, utilizing insights from analytics and behavioral science.
• Partner with client stakeholders to operationalize program-based strategies and create cross-channel programs and initiatives that enhance key performance indicators.
• Lead strategic meetings (internally and externally) to align on client objectives and ensure that programs cater to unique customer journey requirements.
• Oversee the creation of emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and other related infrastructure across accounts to optimize the performance of our marketing efforts.
• Develop custom multi-channel reports and establish reporting processes that capture key insights, define account success, and identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements in efficiency, effectiveness, and the impact of complex, consumer-centric marketing strategies.
• Maintain data hygiene and integrity standards, including managing data and integrations between marketing and sales platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and creating standards where they do not exist.
• Participate in campaign planning to develop and oversee all project aspects, including timelines/schedules, budget, progress/status reports, and messaging/copy as needed.
• Identify customer segments for targeted marketing initiatives and design consumer loyalty and engagement programs to achieve ROI-positive results.
• Recognize and mitigate risks, particularly how CRM changes may affect reporting and other processes; assist the account manager in managing client expectations and ensuring alignment between client requirements and downstream deliverables.
• Create service narratives to convey what we are building in support of our client’s mission, the outcomes delivered to customers, and the ongoing value Logical Media Group can provide to enhance client success.
• Support Account Management and the Director of Growth in developing clear business cases for new engagement opportunities, securing buy-in from key clients and stakeholders.
• Clearly articulate business and functional CRM requirements, engaging in strategic storytelling to align and inspire a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot, including competency in implementing and optimizing workflows associated with customer experience journeys, list hygiene, and lead scoring.
• Understanding the nuances and challenges of customizing performance marketing channels to unique customer journeys and/or Account Based Marketing needs.
• Experience in discovering new marketing channels and target audiences, and formulating marketing strategies that engage, inform, and stimulate innovation while optimizing performance for clients.
• Comfortable with collaboration and presentation, both internally and in client-facing settings.
• Passionate about creative problem-solving, capable of working independently and sometimes without clear instructions. This position will involve creating and optimizing processes in real-time.
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B strategy experience, either in-house or at an agency, is preferred.
