This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Strategize, create, and oversee SEM/PPC campaigns across Google Search and Bing, in addition to managing connected TV (CTV) campaigns and delivering clear and concise metric reports.
• Implement and incorporate AI tools throughout the marketing function—prompt engineering, AI-driven analytics, automated workflows, and LLM-assisted content and copy creation—to enhance execution timelines, scale output, and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Generate results for both upper and lower funnel through social media advertising, showcasing the ability to effectively target seniors with relevant and engaging creative that motivates action.
• Oversee omnichannel campaign expenditures, ensuring campaigns remain within budget while surpassing CAC objectives, and create reports to evaluate campaign performance and guide optimizations.
• Assist in website development and lead a landing page testing strategy to bolster demand generation, while also formulating an SEO strategy and executing on-site and off-site modifications to enhance search engine rankings.
• Analyze all existing customer acquisition channels at WelbeHealth, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement and growth, and swiftly capitalizing on easily accessible opportunities.
• Collaborate with our email/marketing automation tool, designing and maintaining nurture streams for prospective participants to progressively engage them with WelbeHealth’s value proposition.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time to WelbeHealth centers and offsite meetings.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing; experience in healthcare or other highly regulated sectors is highly desirable.
• At least two (2) years of experience in building AI automations with significant examples of AI-driven solutions that streamline demand generation efforts.
• Extensive experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Ad Center; Google Paid Search certification is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Meta advertising best practices and experience directly managing paid social advertisements.
• Proven experience managing a minimum of $100K/month in paid media expenditures, with a successful track record of meeting monthly budgets while achieving upper and lower funnel targets.
• Strongly preferred experience with Hubspot or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms; knowledge of SFDC CRM and creating Salesforce reports to connect campaign tactics to ROI is a plus.
