This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Take charge of the entire paid program across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, DSPs, and review sites (Capterra, Trustpilot, G2, etc.).
• Expand successful channels while exploring new ones: AI Max, PMax, CTV/OTT, and innovative formats to broaden acquisition strategies and minimize channel concentration risk.
• Optimize based on cpMQL, cpOpp, pipeline-to-spend, and ROAS through thorough A/B testing of creative assets, landing pages, target audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Spearhead the organic and AI search strategy, including technical SEO (indexation, schema, page speed), on-page optimization, and content strategy for high-value non-brand keywords.
• Implement our AEO/GEO playbook to enhance visibility in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc., utilizing LLM.txt, topical authority clusters, and content optimized for snippets.
• Oversee site conversion with the goal of increasing CVR to 3% or higher.
• Create and test landing pages, CTAs, and form flows in Webflow using GA4, heatmaps, and session data.
• Manage HubSpot, including lead scoring, email nurturing workflows, lifecycle management, UTM/attribution infrastructure, and Salesforce integration.
• Develop and maintain reporting in HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and RevOps to ensure alignment of campaigns with GTM strategies, promotions, and pipeline objectives.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing with demonstrable pipeline and revenue impact.
• AI-first mindset – you are at the leading edge of AI tool utilization to tackle complex challenges and enhance efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads (Search, PMax, AI Max), Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and DSPs.
• Practical SEO/AEO experience: conducting technical audits, developing keyword strategies, and optimizing for AI search.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Semrush and Ahrefs is expected.
• Expertise in HubSpot (lead scoring, workflows, attribution).
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is required.
• Strong skills in GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Comfortable designing dashboards that convey a narrative, rather than just presenting data.
• Experience with Webflow or a similar CMS for landing pages and conversion rate optimization – capable of building and launching a page independently without submitting a ticket.
