This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Conduct research and document the journey of books from manuscript to publication.
β’ Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for children's literature and publishing initiatives.
β’ Investigate target demographics including parents, educators, schools, and literary communities.
β’ Aid in the creation of social media content and promotional materials for books.
β’ Help identify pertinent blogs, reviewers, and online reading groups.
β’ Support basic SEO tasks such as conducting keyword research and enhancing article titles, descriptions, and content organization.
β’ Assist with fundamental marketing automation, including email newsletters, campaign scheduling, and audience segmentation.
β’ Monitor marketing experiments, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
β’ Assist in outreach efforts to reviewers, bloggers, and educators.
β’ Help create promotional materials for book launches and marketing campaigns.
β’ Research trends in children's publishing, competing titles, and reader preferences.
β’ Currently enrolled in a BA or MA program in Publishing, Literature, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
β’ Proficient in written English and other EU languages.
β’ Passion for children's literature, storytelling, and the publishing industry.
β’ Ability to research and systematically organize information.
β’ Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
β’ Capability to work independently and communicate effectively.
β’ Gain practical experience in the workflows of children's publishing.
β’ Exposure to AI-driven book creation tools.
β’ Collaborate directly with founders in the development of a publishing platform.
