Digital Learning Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of digital and scalable learning solutions

• Create and design interactive educational materials

• Enhance the user experience (UX) of eLearning products

• Produce content utilizing AI tools for text, audio, images, and video

• Incorporate AI tools into the instructional design workflow

• Create and update learning materials using authoring applications

• Work in partnership with subject matter experts

• Assist the team in overseeing the learning management system

• Design and execute digital learning experiences, focusing on human-centered design, copywriting, and storytelling

• Provide work samples for the selection process

• Optionally take part in a cultural fit assessment and include the results with your application

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed education or training in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Development, Media Design, or Media Didactics

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in Instructional Design / Digital Learning Development

• Proficient in using AI tools for the instructional design process and content creation

• Familiarity with authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 and Area9

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator

• Background in designing digital learning experiences

• Knowledge of Human-Centered Design principles

• Experience in collaboration with subject matter experts

• Proficiency in copywriting and storytelling

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner

• Strong sense of personal responsibility and excellent teamwork abilities

• Samples of work from Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development are required for the selection process

• A keen interest in emerging eLearning trends is a plus

• Desirable experience as a trainer/learning facilitator, with skills in image and video editing software, and project management
