Digital Learning Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance cutting-edge eLearning formats as part of the Skilled Learning Factory (SeLF) team at WBS GRUPPE.

• Design didactic digital learning experiences that are scalable.

• Develop and produce interactive educational materials.

• Enhance the user experience (UX) of eLearning products.

• Utilize AI tools to generate text, audio, images, and video content.

• Incorporate AI tools into the instructional design process.

• Create and update learning resources using authoring software.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts.

• Assist the team in managing the Learning Management System.

• Provide work samples during the selection process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed qualification in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Development, Media Design, or Media Didactics.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development.

• Familiarity with using AI tools for instructional design and content generation.

• Proficient with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Area9.

• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.

• Experience in designing digital learning experiences.

• Background in Human-Centered Design.

• Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts.

• Experience in copywriting and storytelling.

• Capability to build and design online courses using authoring tools.

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems.

• Innovative in creating interactive and engaging digital learning materials.

• Ability to adapt quickly and flexibly to changes.

• Independent and structured work style with a strong sense of personal responsibility.

• Team-oriented mindset in cross-functional teams.

• Work samples in Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development must be submitted with the application.

• Experience as a trainer or learning facilitator, familiarity with image and video editing software, and project management experience is a plus.

• A strong interest in emerging eLearning trends is a plus.
