Digital Insights Analyst, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner in performance tables, providing guidance to product and business teams;

• Lead initiatives focused on innovation and intelligent automation using predictive models and machine learning to customize journeys;

• Design and implement an Omnichannel data architecture, integrating data from digital channels, CRM, and paid media;

• Ensure maximum reliability, governance, auditability, and scalability of the entire reporting and dashboard structure that will support operations;

• Develop and conduct periodic workshops and training sessions to disseminate best analytical practices within the client’s internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience leading strategic data analysis, funnel diagnostics, and generating business insights in e-commerce, telecommunications, or high-scale digital products;

• Proficiency in creating complex executive and operational dashboards in Power BI (advanced DAX language, data modeling, and report performance) and/or Looker Studio (GA4 Premium);

• Solid experience in Data Storytelling methodologies, capable of translating technical data and complex navigation metrics into clear, fluid, and highly actionable visual presentations for directors and C-Levels;

• Practical understanding of complex corporate metrics (LTV, Churn, ARPU, campaign ROI, and Media Attribution Models) and how website/app behavior impacts these indicators;

• Excellent interpersonal communication and consultative profile, with demonstrated ability to lead business fronts and conduct internal workshops or training sessions in analytics.
