This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Actively engage in agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Leverage current digital, customer, and market trends to stay ahead of marketing technologies, identifying growth opportunities for digital products.
• Design suitable analytics solutions to ensure reliable tracking, reporting, and an integrated approach with other agile teams.
• Assist business units with their analytic needs by analyzing web traffic through Google Analytics.
• Develop effective measurement strategies and implement intricate tracking solutions via Google Tag Manager.
• Build a GA data layer and communicate effectively with business units for its implementation.
• Continuously test and refine innovative tracking and analytics methods.
• Produce technical documentation for GA integrations.
• Create Data Studio dashboards and offer technical support to data analysts for the development of Power BI dashboards.
• Maintain awareness of business results and stay informed about industry standards and best practices in marketing technologies.
• Generate strategic and operational recommendations for optimizations based on analysis.
• Support digital platform product evolution by deriving insights and identifying opportunities for growth acceleration.
• Responsible for producing clear, error-free, and timely deliverables aimed at influencing and optimizing website/app behavior to enhance conversion rates.
• Oversee and enhance the digital product development lifecycle and documentation processes.
• Assist in optimizing GA solution design and transitioning to GA4.
• Discover new processes to enhance current MarTech deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, serving as a knowledge center and providing consultancy on use case feasibility to ensure deliverables add value.
• Conduct training sessions for stakeholders to boost efficiency and enable KPI understanding.
• Responsible for creating presentations and reports as required.
• Maintain a comprehensive view while also being detail-oriented when necessary.
• Lead and implement GMP optimizations and developments.
• Be an early adopter and contribute fresh ideas.
• Distinguish between essential and non-essential implementations.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and associated Google Cloud products (Looker Studio, etc.).
• Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Proven capacity to think both strategically and tactically.
• A passion for innovation paired with a proactive attitude.
• Advanced skills in tracking and marketing automation tools.
• Solid analytical skills complemented by good business acumen.
• Ability to work autonomously on intricate tasks involving multiple stakeholders.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, preferably with Google Analytics, showing a high level of understanding of the financial sector.
• Demonstrates intermediate to advanced skills across standard marketing stacks, especially but not limited to: Adwords/SA360, DV360, GA360, DCM, web design, HTML5 creative, Facebook, Instagram, and third-party platform partners like Smartly.
• Possesses basic to intermediate skills in native marketing automation tools within the above platforms.
• Capable of working independently on tasks that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Should exhibit a willingness to learn new technologies and processes, as not all skills are expected from day one; on-the-job and external training will likely be necessary.
• Demonstrates basic out-of-scope thinking with the ability to generate additional, innovative engagement ideas and processes.
• Capable of executing and optimizing engagement campaigns for specific products and initiatives, including basic planning and forecasting.
• Typically, this position requires 3-5 years of experience on the client and/or media agency side at a junior manager/media executive/senior executive level.
