Digital Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create captivating design assets such as advertising sets and landing pages

• Develop motion graphics and concise short-form video cutdowns tailored for social media advertising

• Edit current video assets into high-performing advertisement units customized to platform requirements

• Work in partnership with the media and content teams

• Ensure brand consistency across all static, motion, and video materials

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to grasp business objectives

• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments using conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools

• Perform user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis

• Continuously refine and iterate designs based on feedback

• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design

• 1 year of experience in motion graphics

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign

• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Understanding and application of performance marketing metrics such as A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, and Heatmapping
