This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the creation, execution, and enhancement of comprehensive marketing campaigns for digital mental health services.
• Take ownership of the performance of paid digital channels including Google Ads Search, Performance Max, and social media advertising.
• Formulate channel strategies, manage budgets, and allocate bids accordingly.
• Track CPA, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness; suggest budget reallocations as needed.
• Optimize active campaigns through A/B testing of creative content, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Develop reporting dashboards and performance presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams in Business Development, partnerships, and clinical operations.
• Oversee external media agencies or freelance specialists to meet performance objectives.
• Ensure landing pages and user experiences adhere to healthcare marketing standards, CQC requirements, and UK GDPR regulations.
• Assist with the implementation of tracking and analytics, including GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Manage the Psychiatry UK website, implementing necessary updates and optimizations.
• Spearhead the development of a new website optimized for SEO and GEO.
• Lead a small project team focused on the new website initiative.
• Deliver performance updates and strategic insights to leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns across digital and event channels.
• Proven success in delivering and optimizing paid digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Ads Search and Performance Max.
• Significant experience managing budgets effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CPA, ROAS, and conversion data.
• Experience in generating marketing reports for diverse stakeholders.
• Background in healthcare, regulated, or compliance-sensitive sectors.
• Proficient in GA4, Google Ads Editor/API, and standard marketing reporting tools.
• Experience in website management, including the creation, updating, and maintenance of web content.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote setting.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Desirable: PMI, NHS, or B2B2C partnership marketing experience.
• Desirable: experience in a digital agency.
• Desirable: experience in digital mental health or healthcare marketing.
