📋 Description

• You create and modify social media content, including post texts, captions, and asset copy for various brands and platforms.

• You assist in ongoing content production for sectors such as entertainment, retail, or lifestyle.

• You innovate existing formats and share your ideas for social mechanics, series, and concepts.

• You collaborate closely with art direction, social media management, strategy, and creative direction teams.

• You help convey brand messages effectively on social platforms, ensuring the right tone and compliance with each platform's specifications.

• You utilize AI tools when applicable to enhance efficiency, structure, and quality without compromising tone or brand comprehension.

• You assist in pitches, new business endeavors, and conceptual projects.

• You contribute ideas visibly and articulate your reasoning in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• You can produce posts, captions, and short copy efficiently with minimal errors.

• You are capable of immersing yourself in various brand environments and adapting your tone accordingly.

• You have pertinent experience in copywriting, social content creation, editorial work, brand communication, or a related field.

• You bring experience in idea generation and are eager to contribute to the development of formats and concepts.

• You are diligent, quick to adapt, receptive to feedback, and enjoy teamwork.

• You are interested in leveraging AI tools and exploring innovative work methods.

• You possess excellent German language skills and good proficiency in English.
