This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design and execute digital content strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Develop, curate, and oversee premium content across BJAK’s digital platforms, which include social media, blogs, email campaigns, and the website.
• Track and evaluate content performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and suggestions for enhancement.
• Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital content marketing to implement innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (Creative, Marketing, Product) to ensure that content initiatives align with overarching business goals.
• Generate regular reports on content performance and present insights to key stakeholders.
• Ensure all content aligns with BJAK’s brand voice, message, and quality standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related area.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
• 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or related roles, with a robust portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of digital channels, content strategies, algorithms, and current trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with digital analytics tools for tracking performance and measuring ROI.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and achieve results under tight deadlines.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging with the audience.
• Keen attention to detail, along with strong organizational and project management skills.
