Digital Content Associate, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality, original content across various formats, including videos and social media posts.

• Contribute to ESPN's branding and style guidelines to enhance the effectiveness of the produced content.

• Analyze and address a variety of challenges with moderate support and guidance.

• Ensure thorough editing, proofreading, and quality assurance for all content.

• Generate innovative ideas for increasing account engagement and growth.

• Adhere to ESPN Deportes' standards of practice, including compliance with news and reporting guidelines.

• Regularly use social/video data to guide content decisions.

• Adjust to changing industry trends and content formats.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide innovative and effective content (video) solutions.

• May occasionally participate on-camera for video features, social content, live streams, and other audience-facing storytelling opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong Writing & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Creativity & Storytelling: Capability to generate unique ideas and create engaging narratives.

• Digital Editorial Knowledge: Familiarity with sports content, SEO, and social media platforms.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with content creation tools, design software, and online platforms.

• Attention to Detail: Carefulness in editing, proofreading, and maintaining content quality.

• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adjust to shifting industry trends and content formats.

• Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating samples of past work.

• Bilingual in Spanish/English.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation or a related area.
