Digital Consulting Manager – Oracle EPM

📋 Description

• Oversee projects and guide engagement teams.

• Foster enduring client relationships.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to address critical client challenges.

• Strategize, design, and implement technology solutions that align with client objectives, visions, and missions.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members within engagement teams.

• Focus on enterprise software products and leverage relevant expertise.

• Educate and contribute to the professional growth of Huron staff in project management and technical areas.

• Engage in various projects of varying scales and durations.

• Collaborate with client or internal project teams as necessary.

• Execute comprehensive Oracle EPM Planning implementation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–7 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning) implementations.

• Successfully managed multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle EPM Planning (Planning and/or ePBCS).

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build trust and collaborative relationships.

• Capability to train and support the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical aspects.

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to multiple projects of various scales and durations.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for client or internal project team engagements.

• Flexibility in work locations across the U.S.
