Digital Consultant, CPQ/Logik

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of CPQ and Quote-to-Cash projects, playing a key role in solution design, configuration, and implementation.

• Engage in discussions with clients, participate in solution evaluations, and take part in technical problem-solving sessions.

• Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure that delivery milestones are achieved with a focus on quality and consistency.

• Help design Quote-to-Cash processes encompassing product modeling, pricing strategies, discounting, approvals, and order fulfillment workflows.

• Configure product configurators utilizing technologies such as Logik.ai (ServiceNow CPQ) under the mentorship of senior team members.

• Aid in translating business requirements into functional specifications that align with platform best practices.

• Take part in business and technical discovery sessions, assisting in assessing current-state systems and defining requirements.

• Contribute to business process mapping and support the generation of functional and architectural documentation.

• Assist in gap analysis to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing processes through CPQ capabilities.

• Participate in the configuration, development, and testing of CPQ solutions.

• Collaborate closely with developers and architects to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Address functional and technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.

• Support integration initiatives that connect CPQ with commerce platforms, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.

• Aid in the creation of prototypes and proofs of concept to validate requirements and solution strategies.

• Learn and implement integration patterns and best practices under the guidance of senior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, or technical implementation roles.

• Native or Advanced (C1 + level) Spanish is mandatory.

• Experience with CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, B2B Commerce, or product configuration solutions.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Logik.ai, or comparable CPQ platforms.

• Knowledge of integrating CPQ with CRM, ERP, or commerce platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• Nice to Have:

• Experience in digital commerce, service modernization, or customer experience initiatives.

• Background in Manufacturing or B2B sectors.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer credentials.

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.

• Experience with AI-driven workflows or automation tools.

• Certifications:

• The following certifications are expected to be attained within specified timelines:

• Certified System Administrator (within 90 days).

• Certified Application Developer (within 6 months).

• ServiceNow CPQ / Product Configuration (Logik.ai) Certification (within the first year).
