This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and oversee digital campaigns that drive Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) awareness, facilitating Middle-of-Funnel (MOFU) engagement, and resulting in Bottom-of-Funnel (BOFU) conversions.
• Evaluate campaign performance across all channels.
• Occasionally, convert campaign metrics into narratives suitable for executive-level presentations.
• Comprehend and enhance the hybrid multi-touch journey.
• Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks for advertising creatives, landing page experiences, and audience segments.
• Demonstrated capability to align digital tactics with specific stages of the buyer’s journey.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and platform-native tools (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Ability to analyze a spreadsheet and respond to the question 'What does this imply for our bottom line?' with a definitive action plan.
• Solid understanding of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio).
• Experience with pixels, tagging, and tracking to ensure data integrity throughout the entire funnel.
