Digital Business Consultant, Mentor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Share your professional knowledge and practical experiences with students.

• Prepare and conduct engaging in-person and online workshops following a structured outline that connects theory, practical demonstrations, and interactive exercises.

• Support, motivate, and guide students throughout their educational journey.

• Create an inspiring, open, and supportive environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and experience sharing.

• Continuously monitor new trends in the modern work environment and integrate current insights, technologies, and best practices into teaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building, founding, or developing digital firms, startups, online services, or digital products.

• Excellent understanding of Lean business principles, customer discovery, business model creation, value proposition development, and digital sales.

• Practical experience in designing acquisition funnels, validating business ideas, and creating scalable growth strategies.

• Experience using AI-based tools, automation, and no-code platforms, such as ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier, HubSpot, Stripe, Canva, or similar solutions.

• Ability to design and optimize business processes using automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Experience in conducting workshops, training, mentoring, or coaching adult participants is a significant advantage.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills in the Czech language (C2).

• Ability to convey complex business topics clearly, practically, and engagingly.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, interest in innovation, willingness to continuously develop, and motivation to help others build successful digital businesses.
