Digital Asset Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement NDTC’s strategy for digital asset operations in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Manage daily operations concerning NDTC client digital assets, including onboarding, custody, transfers, settlements, reconciliation, and reporting.

• Demonstrated experience in leading or collaborating with marketing, IT, content, and customer service teams.

• Create, execute, and continually enhance scalable operational processes and workflows.

• Ensure operational readiness for new digital asset products, platforms, or partnerships.

• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to synchronize priorities and provide updates.

• Establish and uphold operational controls that comply with regulatory, legal, and internal risk standards.

• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Audit teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

• Formulate incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans for digital asset operations.

• Work in partnership with Engineering, Security, and IT teams to support wallets, custody solutions, blockchain integrations, and related systems.

• Oversee the selection and management of vendors for custody, trading, analytics, and monitoring tools.

• Ensure operational resilience, system uptime, and data integrity.

• Track operational KPIs, SLAs, and risk metrics.

• Promote cost efficiency while upholding high operational standards.

• Assist in financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit obligations related to digital assets.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital asset operations team.

• Define roles, responsibilities, and coverage models to support 24/7 or global operations as necessary.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

• Act as a key operational advisor to senior leadership on digital asset strategy and scalability.

• Support product launches, partnerships, and expansion into new asset types or markets.

• Identify operational risks and opportunities associated with new technologies, regulations, or market conditions.
