Diagnostics Coordinator – Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Initiate and execute a variety of IT surveys, such as CIO Business Vision, IT Staffing, and IT Management & Governance.

• Facilitate launch calls with clients to define survey timelines and requirements.

• Develop, test, implement, and oversee surveys utilizing proprietary survey software.

• Create client deliverables and coordinate the scheduling and support of results delivery.

• Address inquiries and manage expectations while upholding a high standard of service.

• Uphold quality assurance/control processes.

• Recognize opportunities for process and product enhancement.

• Assist team initiatives related to marketing, content, product improvement, and associated areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with technology surveys and/or research is advantageous.

• Experience with survey software is a plus.

• Knowledge of quality assurance practices is beneficial.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Background or exposure to IT is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is preferred.
