This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strong background in software development and engineering practices.
• Extensive experience in creating, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines utilizing YAML.
• Practical knowledge of Git, including versioning strategies, branching, and release management.
• Proficient in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience in implementing and automating unit, integration, regression tests, and quality validations within CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated expertise with Azure DevOps and GitHub, encompassing Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and repository management.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, covering vulnerability assessments, secret management, and security controls in CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as a technical reference and mentor for development, architecture, security, and operations teams, advancing DevOps best practices.
• Ensure the production environments maintain high availability, reliability, performance, and capacity.
• Collaborate in defining cloud platform architecture and strategies for scalability, resilience, and disaster recovery.
• Assess, select, and implement new tools and technologies relevant to the DevOps ecosystem.
• Incorporate security controls (DevSecOps) into pipelines, including vulnerability assessments, secret management, and compliance checks.
• Design, develop, and enhance highly scalable, resilient, and secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish and execute automation strategies for builds, testing, validations, and deployments across various environments.
• Architect, implement, and manage container-based platforms and orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift/EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Perform root cause analyses (RCA) for critical incidents and execute preventive and corrective measures.
• **Differentials:**
• Certifications in Azure, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), Terraform, or DevOps.
• Experience with integrations and automations leveraging REST APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks.
• Familiarity with multiple cloud providers (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, Pulumi, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Splunk, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with high availability strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Knowledge of Platform Engineering and the development of internal platforms for engineering teams.
• Experience in defining and tracking delivery and reliability metrics such as DORA Metrics, SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
