DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the infrastructure that ensures Themis remains secure, efficient, and responsive.

• Take responsibility for the systems related to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security measures.

• Automate the provisioning, configuration, scaling, and regular operational tasks.

• Oversee containerized workloads and their orchestration.

• Create monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboard systems to guarantee optimal system health and performance.

• Establish and enhance incident response protocols.

• Propel reliability enhancements, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

• Implement and sustain security protocols and access management systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing production infrastructure on a leading cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.

• Experience in constructing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with containers and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong skills in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash).

• Comprehensive understanding of networking, security, and observability principles.

• Capacity to take ownership of systems end-to-end and handle incidents with composure.
