DevOps Engineer – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure.

• Develop Python scripts and automation tools to enhance infrastructure management, deployments, and operational workflows.

• Construct, sustain, and refine CI/CD pipelines to facilitate swift and dependable software delivery.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration utilizing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent).

• Monitor infrastructure performance, diagnose production issues, and ensure system reliability and uptime.

• Optimize cloud environments for scalability, cost-effectiveness, and security.

• Implement and uphold cloud security best practices across all environments.

• Collaborate closely with software engineers and architects on cloud-native architectural decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of commercial experience as a DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production settings.

• Strong background with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar).

• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent).

• Proficient in Linux administration — comfortable using the terminal and confident in production systems.

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions (Datadog, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch, or similar).

• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals — VPC, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and security groups.

• Experience in implementing cloud security best practices — IAM, secrets management, network segmentation.

• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency — clear written and verbal communication skills.
