DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, maintain, and enhance highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure, primarily utilizing AWS.

• Create, manage, and uphold scalable and reproducible cloud environments through Infrastructure as Code tools.

• Develop, execute, and refine CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

• Oversee and operate containerized applications utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.

• Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.

• Apply and uphold cloud security best practices.

• Manage and optimize Amazon RDS database infrastructure.

• Configure and administer Cloudflare to enhance network security.

• Collaborate effectively with development, product, and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.

• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services, including EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.

• Proven experience in deploying and managing containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.

• Practical experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms like GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD, Jenkins, or similar tools.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Practical experience in managing relational databases, particularly Amazon RDS.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including routing, subnetting, security groups, network ACLs, and cloud security best practices.
