• Execute and oversee secrets injection strategies utilizing FedRAMP-compliant tools (for example, AWS Secrets Manager and Azure Key Vault), ensuring alignment with automated deployment pipelines.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines to facilitate secure, automated deployments and rollbacks of ArcGIS components and associated services, promoting ongoing agility and compliance across various environments.
• Collaborate with Kubernetes and Data Layer Engineers to guarantee version control, maintain pipeline integrity, and conduct integration testing for all containerized services deployed under WO-003.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in DevOps engineering.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure management, and ensuring scalable deployments across both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Skilled in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline).
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), security best practices, and monitoring/logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is essential.
• Experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, automating cloud infrastructure, and implementing secure, high-availability CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd), and observability tools is required.
