DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the expansion and maintenance of an AWS- and Databricks-driven data platform

• Emphasize automation of infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and management of environments

• Facilitate swift and secure deployment of data pipelines, analytics, and dashboards

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience in DevOps, platform automation, or similar engineering positions

• Expertise in both Python and TypeScript

• In-depth understanding of Git workflows and branching methodologies

• Familiarity with Pulumi and/or Terraform for automating cloud and data platform tasks

• Comprehensive knowledge of AWS cloud services (IAM, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, QuickSight, etc.)

• Experience in provisioning and managing resources within Databricks and automating deployments

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
