DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee, assist, and sustain production applications to guarantee system availability, dependability, and performance.

• Analyze application, server, and system logs to proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to avert recurring incidents.

• Develop operational monitoring, alerting, and support protocols.

• Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments that support enterprise applications.

• Direct and manage application deployments across Development, Test, Staging, and Production environments.

• Facilitate an Agile, Lean, and SAFe-based environment utilizing DevSecOps, CI/CD, and related methodologies.

• Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance, maintainability, and deployment efficiency.

• Provide support for JavaScript-based application development initiatives as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• At least five (5) years of experience in supporting enterprise applications in an operations, DevOps, production support, or engineering role.

• Experience in supporting production environments with high-volume transactional systems.

• Proven experience in leading application deployments and managing release activities.

• Familiarity with supporting Microsoft-based enterprise applications and infrastructure.

• Capability to obtain a Government Public Trust clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
