• **Qualifications to apply for the position:**

• - Solid experience in **Java (Spring Boot / MVC / WebFlux)** development.

• - Experience with **distributed and event-driven architecture**.

• - Proficient in **Kafka** (production, consumption, troubleshooting, and best practices).

• - Experience with **React** for building frontend applications.

• - Ability to work with **resilience and fault tolerance** (e.g., fallbacks, retries, circuit breakers, timeouts).

• - Experience with **REST APIs** and best API design practices.

• - Knowledge of unit testing and code quality best practices.

• - Experience with both **SQL and NoSQL** databases.

• - Familiarity with **Kubernetes** (deployment, troubleshooting, and basic configurations).

• - Knowledge in **continuous integration and pipelines**.

• - Experience with **agile methodologies**.

• - Background in **solution design and system architecture**.

• - Familiarity with building **BFFs (Backend for Frontend)**.

• - Application of engineering principles such as **SOLID and Clean Code**.

• **Differentials:**

• - Experience with **Angular**.

• - Background in projects within the **financial market** or areas like recovery and guarantees.

• - Experience in **scalable and high-performance systems**.

• - Participation in **communities, open source projects, or technical contributions**.
