Design & Content Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Developing engaging content that attracts significant customer interest

• Composing and reviewing material for websites, social media platforms, and public communications

• Enhancing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) focused content to boost site traffic

• Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to plan campaigns and promotional materials

• Analyzing and tracking website and social media traffic statistics

• Assessing traffic increases resulting from new content and implementing actions to enhance traffic metrics

• Generating and proposing innovative strategies to enhance traffic by exploring new platforms and channels

• Ensuring content complies with copyright and data protection regulations

• Maintaining content consistency and alignment with the brand's history and strategic plans

• Identifying customer needs related to the company and creating content to address those needs

• Regularly updating the website, social media, and content pages

• Conducting research on key SEO terms and integrating them into the content to maximize viewership

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of 10+2 or equivalent, currently pursuing a graduation or professional course

• Must own a laptop or desktop and have an internet connection, as the company adheres to a BYOD policy

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities

• Attention to detail combined with a creative mindset

• Capability to delve into details, proofread, and edit content prior to publication

• Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, video editing tools, and Photoshop

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality and accuracy

• Goal-oriented approach

• Exceptional time management and planning skills to ensure deadlines are met

• Proficient in managing multiple projects, adhering to timelines, and performing under pressure to achieve targets
