• Code, design components, conduct unit tests, and build applications.

• Implement and maintain high-quality software by applying updated coding techniques, standards, and procedures.

• Write high-quality code that implements the functionalities of a digital solution, meeting stakeholder needs while ensuring resource optimization, security, and performance.

• Develop and maintain the data model and design.

• Reliable development that adheres to security definitions, best practices, and data privacy and protection principles.

• UML – Unified Modeling Language: Develop logical and physical data models based on the entity class model.

• Continuous integration.

• Version control tools.

• Build automation tools.

• Publishing tools.

• Generation and management of baselines in the configuration tools used in the solution.

• Accessibility standards WCAG 2.

• Backend: JAVA version 17, Deimoselle.

• Front End: Angular version 16.

• Database: PostgreSQL version 15.12 on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, compiled by gcc (GCC) 11.5.0 20240719 (Red Hat 11.5.0-5), 64-bit.

• Wildfly: 26.1.3.

• Critical analysis of the solution.

• Ability to synthesize information.

• Deliver changes (check-in/commit) with traceability at the frequency established by Serpro.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and completed.

• Bachelor's degree in any field from an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC), along with a postgraduate degree in software engineering or software development, with a minimum workload of 360 (three hundred sixty) hours, recognized and completed by an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
