📋 Description

• The Deputy Chief of Staff acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief of Staff.

• Functioning as an extension of the CEO's Office, this executive takes on a broad role, leading special projects, advancing strategic initiatives, coordinating efforts across functions, and ensuring that enterprise priorities are executed efficiently.

• Instead of managing a specific business function, the Deputy Chief of Staff is deployed wherever executive leadership needs additional support, analysis, coordination, or execution.

• This role acts as the right hand of the CEO's Office, assisting in translating strategic priorities into tangible results.

• Executive priorities and strategic initiatives are executed punctually and with a high standard of quality.

• Cross-functional initiatives are coordinated smoothly with minimal delays.

• Executive commitments are monitored and fulfilled with strong follow-through.

• Operational processes and executive reporting are consistently enhanced.

• The CEO and Chief of Staff can depend on you as a trustworthy strategic partner who demonstrates sound judgment and discretion.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• 8–15 years of leadership experience in operations, consulting, strategy, finance, program management, military leadership, or a related field.

• Experience in supporting C-suite executives or leading enterprise-level initiatives.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Executive presence with the capability to influence without direct authority.

• High degree of discretion and confidentiality is essential.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is preferred.

• Proven capacity to remain calm, composed, and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure settings while managing multiple competing priorities and executive timelines.

• Demonstrated ability to swiftly adapt to changing business demands, shifting priorities, and evolving strategic directions without compromising execution or quality.

• Experience acting as a trusted advisor or strategic resource to executive leadership, demonstrating sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making.

• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.


🏝️ Benefits

• Compensation includes a base salary of $150,000 (SVP) or $200,000 (Director), along with eligibility for incentive compensation (equity and deferred cash bonus), based on level and company policy.

• Benefits encompass medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; a 401(k) plan with company matching; and paid holidays along with paid time off (PTO).

• Work Environment: This position is remote with occasional travel requirements.
