Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Bridge the gap between user requirements, data insights, and product functionalities to assist our clients in realizing value.

• Engage thoroughly with customer operations, collaborating closely with end users and decision-makers to influence the application of HappyRobot’s technology in addressing critical issues.

• Collaborating with clients to grasp their workflows, objectives, and challenges—frequently integrating directly with their teams.

• Working alongside Forward Deployment Engineers to define, prototype, and implement solutions utilizing HappyRobot’s platform.

• Recognizing and analyzing essential datasets that inform customer decision-making, and integrating them into robust, scalable pipelines.

• Creating and enhancing user workflows that address significant problems and are scalable across various teams and functions.

• Conducting training and onboarding sessions to ensure new users are prepared for success and that our tools have a lasting impact.

• Presenting insights and strategies to stakeholders at all levels—from frontline staff to executives.

• Promoting customer expansion by identifying new use cases and influencing our growth within organizations.
