Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with clients to gain insights into their workflows, objectives, and challenges

• Working alongside Forward Deployment Engineers to define, prototype, and implement solutions utilizing HappyRobot's platform

• Recognizing and analyzing essential datasets that influence customer decision-making

• Crafting and enhancing user workflows that address significant issues

• Leading training and onboarding sessions for new users

• Communicating findings and strategies to stakeholders across various levels

• Facilitating customer growth by identifying new use cases

• Experience in deployment or customer-centric positions

• Skilled in data analysis and interpretation

• Knowledge of user workflow design and optimization

• Excellent presentation abilities for a wide range of audiences

• Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory
