• Bridge the gap between user requirements, data insights, and product functionalities.

• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer operations and engage directly with end users.

• Influence how HappyRobot’s technology addresses essential challenges.

• Collaborating with customers to gain insights into their workflows, objectives, and challenges.

• Working alongside Forward Deployment Engineers to define, prototype, and implement solutions.

• Recognizing and analyzing key datasets that inform customer decision-making processes.

• Crafting and improving user workflows that address significant issues.

• Facilitating training and onboarding sessions for new users.

• Communicating insights and strategies to stakeholders across all levels.

• Promoting customer growth by identifying new use cases.
