This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist a dental practice with an emphasis on patient engagement, managing appointments, reactivating patients, and overseeing the revenue cycle.
• Conduct outbound calls to bring back inactive patients.
• Make outbound calls to connect with new leads.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) management, including claims and collections.
• Verify insurance information.
• Schedule and book appointments.
• Close new patient appointments.
• Provide administrative assistance as required.
• Collect patient history based on established workflows.
• Offer charting support.
• Deliver outstanding professional customer service during interactions with patients.
• Operate with the video/camera on during shifts as necessary.
• Proficient in outbound/cold calling and reactivating patients.
• Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and a neutral/low accent (essential for patient interactions).
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections.
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling (reactivation, leads, booking).
• Familiarity with insurance verification.
• Preferably a background in dental or medical office processes.
• Professional and confident phone demeanor.
• Strong customer service experience with a patient-facing focus.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls (collections, reactivation, and lead engagement).
• Proactive and responsive in communication.
• Willingness to engage in daily check-ins and supervision.
• Consistent attendance and dependability.
• Experience with Oryx Dental software (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with dental or EHR systems.
• Experience in appointment scheduling, patient coordination, lead engagement, and outreach.
• Nursing or clinical experience is a plus.
• Clear and professional written and spoken English.
• Relevant work experience.
• Ability to provide NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance (mandatory prior to onboarding).
• Availability to work with the video/camera on throughout the entire shift.
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer required.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
• Noise-canceling headset necessary.
• Webcam required for virtual meetings.
