Demand Writer, Personal Injury Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assessing the overall damages incurred by the client, including medical costs, property damage, lost income, and more.

• Compose persuasive letters that detail case specifics, liability, injuries, treatment, and damages to secure the highest settlement possible from insurance providers.

• Review medical records and bills to accurately summarize treatment and quantify damages.

• Modify and refine drafts based on input from attorneys or supervisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Personal Injury law firm.

• Proficient in interpreting medical reports and invoices.

• Highly organized and efficient, demonstrating significant accuracy and attention to detail.

• Possess strong mathematical and writing abilities.

• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
