Delivery Specialist – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assisting with comprehensive enterprise service delivery that includes agent pre-onboarding, licensing, contracting, and certifications.

• Managing intricate tasks such as escalations, report analysis, and effective communication with key stakeholders independently.

• Overseeing projects while coordinating with clients, carriers, third parties, and various company services.

• Developing personal domain expertise, planning, and regulatory knowledge through both formal education and practical learning experiences.

• Monitoring and tracking service-related metrics to ensure processes meet or exceed established targets, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Overseeing multiple carrier agent readiness-to-sell processes.

• Collaborating with carrier contacts to document the readiness process, provide status updates, report issues/risks, and facilitate resolutions.

• Experience utilizing collaboration software tools in a remote office setting.

• Required experience and education in business or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient to expert knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel, as well as WebEx Teams and Microsoft Teams.
