Delivery Lead Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conducting the project scope as defined by the Client and Internal Management.

• Developing project plans and statements of work.

• Monitoring the project status and providing reports to both Client and Internal Management.

• Overseeing tasks, milestones, and objectives.

• Ensuring projects are delivered within the specified timeframe and budget.

• Maintaining customer satisfaction from the project's initiation through to its closure.

• Leading the comprehensive delivery management of each project within the managed portfolio to guarantee timely, budget-compliant, and scope-aligned delivery.

• Establishing and managing a detailed timeline for project execution while ensuring resources are consistently aligned with it.

• Optimizing the use of available resources to carry out project activities within the stipulated timeframes and agreed-upon quality and scope.

• Identifying, monitoring, and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, critical paths, and action plans through to project implementation and closure.

• Actively managing changes in project scope, recognizing potential crises, and formulating contingency plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical and planning capabilities.

• Proficient communication and presentation skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge and/or experience in project management.

• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies is preferred.

• A minimum of **2 years of experience in IT Project Management**.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes is an advantage.
