• Oversee the execution of large-scale custom software initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.

• Actively identify potential delivery risks and effectively communicate trade-offs and mitigation strategies to both clients and internal teams.

• Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring clear communication and serving as a trusted, strategic advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

• Anticipate future work, dependencies, and priorities ahead of the current sprint.

• Convert high-level objectives into specific requirements, tasks, and delivery strategies.

• Facilitate sprint planning, grooming, and continuous prioritization alongside engineering and design teams.

• Maintain comprehensive project plans, reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment.

• Propel projects forward with accountability and a positive attitude.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or delivery management.

• At least 3 years of experience managing custom software development projects (web and/or mobile).

• Proven experience delivering no fewer than two software products from the ground up.

• Strong skills in risk management with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

• Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to gauge the dynamics of a room.

• Comfort in working with technical concepts like APIs, integrations, and contemporary software platforms.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a forward-thinking approach to project delivery.
