This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the shipment and tracking processes for packages dispatched from CareKinesis fulfillment centers.
• Track and monitor shipments utilizing both internal and external tools and dashboards.
• Deliver timely shipment updates to team members and leadership.
• Collaborate with national couriers, clients, providers, pharmacy teams, and various internal departments.
• Ensure accuracy in shipment destinations and delivery times.
• Address, resolve, and escalate any delivery exceptions, shipment errors, and challenges.
• Monitor weather conditions throughout the United States to proactively address potential delivery delays.
• Follow client contracts and purchase orders to create accurate invoices and credits.
• Generate shipping reports using information from carriers and dashboards.
• Stay informed about shipment transit times and consolidate shipments for greater efficiency.
• Engage in reclamation tasks, including the retrieval and restoration of shipping packages.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Report any potential quality-assurance concerns.
• Ensure compliance, operational efficiency, quality standards, and information security in accordance with company policies, HIPAA, and applicable regulations.
• Manage shipping and related requests to enhance the client experience.
• Coordinate return requests from PACE clients.
• Assist with return packages and order crediting through the JIRA customer portal and Appfire.
• Stay current with training and best practices relevant to the role.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Consideration may be given for experience in a related role or field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping is preferred.
• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and analyze problems or tasks from diverse perspectives.
• Capability to adaptively apply problem-solving techniques and utilize logical, systematic, and sequential processes.
• Working knowledge and familiarity with clinical terminology and its related impacts.
• Effective and professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Proficient in computer skills, including proprietary and pharmacy software.
• Proficiency with shipping, delivery, and order-management systems, including FedEx, UPS, TForce, and TOMS.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
• Excel proficiency in quantitative analysis, charting, pivot tables, formulas/algorithms, and trend analysis.
• Availability to work an average of 40 hours per week and outside of normal business hours on an ad hoc basis.
