This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Delivery Assurance activities in AMER by coordinating reviews, managing core processes, preparing analyses and documentation, and monitoring follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director to gather, define, and uphold Professional Services standards aimed at enhancing quality.
• Manage the AMER Delivery Assurance review process by identifying, scheduling, and preparing engagements for evaluation.
• Collect information requests from Partners and engagement teams to facilitate the review process.
• Aid in the Partner Capability Maturity Model (PCMM) process across AMER partners and engagements.
• Work with Alliances to implement AI-generated risk assessments and capability evaluations.
• Assist in Delivery Assurance reviews linked to high-risk SI-led initiatives by collecting and analyzing relevant inputs.
• Develop assessments that highlight delivery strengths and weaknesses along with clear mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Alliances to create and enhance partner scorecards and quality KPIs in AMER.
• Design and maintain Delivery Assurance dashboards and trackers for the AMER region.
• Aid in the preparation of executive-ready materials for regional governance forums and leadership briefings.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services, project/program management, PMO, delivery governance, or similar roles within enterprise software or consulting.
• Direct experience with Guidewire products and their implementations.
• Familiarity with the P&C insurance sector or closely related industries.
• Practical experience in supporting or managing customer implementation projects (e.g., as a Project Manager, Senior Project Analyst, or a similar role).
• Experience collaborating with or within System Integrators and partner ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of essential project delivery concepts (scope, schedule, risk, quality, budget) and their monitoring and reporting processes.
• Ability to work with AI-assisted analytics and data platforms to interpret project and partner signals effectively.
• Experience organizing governance forums, audits, health checks, or risk reviews, including preparation, coordination, note-taking, and action tracking.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; capable of managing multiple reviews, data requests, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Meticulous attention to detail in documentation, data entry, and status tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of concisely summarizing complex information for busy stakeholders.
• A collaborative, service-oriented approach focused on streamlining processes and minimizing friction for participants.
