DeFi Product Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance on legal issues concerning DeFi products.

• Offer legal assistance for non-custodial wallet offerings.

• Address legal challenges associated with decentralized and unregulated cryptocurrency products.

• Collaborate with business partners to deliver practical advice on products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Counsel in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital asset sectors.

• Familiarity with DeFi products and non-custodial wallet solutions.

• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent, with a license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
