Dealer Funding Concierge Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accelerate financing for deals that are time-sensitive or reliant on relationships.

• Identify and highlight any missing or incomplete documents to prevent delays in funding.

• Provide assistance to dealership and sales staff regarding COAF funding policies.

• Serve as a communication bridge between dealerships and the funding team.

• Elevate urgent deals to the appropriate leadership within Originations & Sales.

• Clarify lender-specific requirements to dealerships.

• Establish trust with dealership finance and sales personnel as a dependable point of contact.

• Inform dealerships promptly when deals are funded or when funds are disbursed.

• Make outbound calls as necessary.

• Manage multiple urgent cases simultaneously while prioritizing the funding experience.

• Review, confirm, and process loan documentation.

• Collect and validate loan information through both inbound and outbound calls.

• Provide support to operations and sales within the Auto Finance Division.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or call center experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial industry.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

• A secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions.

• Reliable private internet connection that is not provided through cellular data or a hotspot.

• A password-protected private network with control or visibility over all devices.

• Requirement for a cable or fiber internet service provider.

• Minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• Usage of hotspots and satellite services is prohibited.

• U.S.-based associates working from home must reside within the continental United States, excluding California, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

• Associates are not permitted to work internationally.

• Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this role.

• Preferred: Associate Degree or military experience.

• Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive funding.

• Preferred: At least 1 year of dealer service experience in the automotive industry.
