• Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Create and maintain pharmaceutical forecasting models using analytics, historical data, and inputs from various functions.

• Work with global teams to provide insights, analytical presentations, and decision-support documentation.

• Conduct business analysis, modeling, and automation with SQL and Python.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in Python application development (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

• Practical experience with AWS application design and deployment.

• Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails, and internal AI tools.

• Understanding of AI development lifecycle practices and AI agent tool design.

• Strong knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.

• Excellent decision-making and analytical abilities.

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes (preferred).

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (preferred).
