This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
• Collect payments for designated overdue checking accounts
• Examine account documentation thoroughly
• Reach out to customers and clients via telephone
• Generate written communication as requested by customers
• Set up repayment plans to reduce organizational losses
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Two to three years of experience in a collections call center
• Strong understanding of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and relevant laws
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to identify and address exceptions, as well as organize and interpret information
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to adhere to U.S. Bank's policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, along with related workplace conduct and safety regulations
