📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive enterprise data strategy that aligns with organizational goals and digital transformation efforts.

• Establish the organization’s data vision, roadmap, and governance framework.

• Identify opportunities to utilize data as a strategic asset to foster business growth and innovation.

• Lead initiatives driven by data that support business goals and yield measurable value.

• Convert business requirements into components of a data strategy and actionable plans.

• Present data strategies, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and the board of directors.

• Build cross-functional agreement on data priorities and resource distribution.

• Establish data governance policies, standards, and best practices.

• Define metrics for data quality and implement ongoing improvement processes.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.

• Advocate for data literacy and foster a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

• Outline the analytics and business intelligence roadmap.

• Identify and prioritize use cases for advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning.

• Evaluate new data technologies and assess their relevance to the organization.

• Measure and report on the value and ROI of data initiatives.

• Define metrics for data quality and implement ongoing improvement processes.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.

• Promote data literacy and a data-driven mindset throughout the organization.

• Define the analytics and business intelligence roadmap.

• Identify and prioritize use cases for advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning.

• Evaluate emerging data technologies and their relevance to the organization.

• Measure and report the value and ROI of data initiatives.

• Relevant certifications such as CDMP, DAMA, TOGAF, or equivalent.

• Experience in sectors such as healthcare, finance, or retail.

• Background in management consulting or advisory services.

• Publications demonstrating thought leadership in data strategy or related fields.

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of sector-specific regulatory requirements.
