This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Africa.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with clear and timely insights into performance.

• Write and optimize SQL and Python scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their inquiries, define metrics, and convert requirements into analytics that inform decision-making.

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data through validation, deduplication, and reconciliation of reporting outputs.

• Document analysis processes and reporting logic, delivering findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence team and organizational stakeholders.

• Design dependable reporting pipelines and contribute to shaping how the business measures and utilizes its data.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.

• 3-5 years of practical experience in a data science, analytics, or business intelligence role.

• Strong, demonstrable SQL expertise, including the ability to write complex queries and work with large datasets.

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, manipulation, and automation tasks.

• Proven experience in creating dashboards and reports using tools like QuickSight, Metabase, or Power BI.

• Strong emphasis on data quality and accuracy.

• Capability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Preferred time zones: SAST / CAT / EAT (GMT +2 to GMT +3).

• Ability and motivation to excel in virtual, distributed collaboration across various physical locations.

• Self-motivation to maintain constant communication through web collaboration and video conferencing.
