This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Create, test, and implement attribution and predictive algorithms utilizing cutting-edge machine learning techniques and optimization models.
• Contribute to various domains including attribution modeling, CAC/mCAC modeling, LTV forecasting, marketing mix analysis, and multichannel attribution testing.
• Design experiments and analyze the outcomes to derive comprehensive and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across areas such as product development, engineering, and business operations.
• Develop, test, and manage our production marketing attribution models to enhance budgeting processes and boost marketing efficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role outside of academic or internship environments, preferably in FMCG or Fintech sectors.
• Must possess at least a Master’s degree, with a PhD in a scientific field such as Physics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics being highly desirable.
• Strong theoretical and practical expertise in areas including statistical inference, Bayesian statistics, causal inference, time series analysis, and mathematical optimization.
• Significant experience specifically in Multichannel Attribution Modeling and Marketing Mix Modeling.
• Proficient in statistical programming (Python) with experience in widely-used tools such as Pandas, SciPy, XGBoost, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, and recognized modeling libraries like PyMC3.
• Comprehensive experience in the full lifecycle of predictive/prescriptive model development, from problem identification to production and maintenance, including strong data modeling and SQL capabilities, as well as familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience in designing and analyzing experiments for digital products (A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc.).
• Familiarity with applying statistical modeling and advanced analytics to deliver insights that shape products.
