This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.
β’ Conduct quality audits and assessments of all data provided by the IDT teams within Care Compass.
β’ Execute quality validation calls to participants, providers, and home care agencies to verify that all requested services were delivered.
β’ Identify and amend any missing data from the PACE staff and relay important updates.
β’ Keep precise records of all scheduled appointments and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
β’ Review participant requests submitted by the IDT and confirm that deliverables are received.
β’ Generate analytical reports of data information for management and prepare recommendations for consideration.
β’ An associate degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in a call center environment is also desirable.
β’ One to two (1-2) years of experience in customer service, quality assurance, and/or auditing is required.
β’ Must pass a typing assessment with a minimum speed of 40 WPM.
β’ Bilingual requirement: Proficiency in Chinese.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
β’ Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet designated deadlines.
β’ Outstanding organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are a must.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
