This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

• Facilitate comprehensive ERP data migration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Evaluate legacy systems and assist in data mapping and transformation design.

• Carry out migration cycles, encompassing data loads, validation, and reconciliation.

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the migration process.

• Support data quality evaluations and ensure consistency across different systems.

• Provide assistance on integration matters as needed (interfaces, data flows).

• Resolve migration issues and aid in stabilization phases.

• Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.

• Document migration logic, mappings, and results.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP projects focusing on data migration.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of data structures, SQL, and transformation methodologies.

• Capability to navigate both functional and technical subjects.

• Familiarity with integrations or APIs is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
